Troop Events

Our troop has a strong adult and scout leadership base. We are proud to graduate a number of our scouts to the rank of Eagles Scout. We also believe in recognizing the scouts for their exemplary service and commitment to scouting. Each year, one scout achieves our 'Scout of the Year' awards for going above and beyond.

We have regular events like ice fishing and whitewater rafting. Each summer we attend a week-long summer camp. We run our Summer Camp on a three year cycle. These are divided between Resica Falls in Pennsylvania, Hawk Mountain in Pennsylvania, and the third is Scout Choice.

Merit badges are awards earned by youth members of the Boy Scouts of America (BSA), based on activities within an area of study by completing a list of periodically updated requirements. The purpose of the merit badge program is to allow Scouts to examine subjects to determine if they would like to further pursue them as a career or a vocation.
